Honda Crf 450 Price 2024. Now heavily revised for 2025, but is it better? Looking to buy a 2024 honda crf motorcycle?

The 2025 model year marks when we knew that honda would release an updated crf450r and crf450r works edition. Base msrp is $10,099, with a $400 destination surcharge and a $200 freight surcharge (can somebody please explain the difference between those prices below?).
